The U5-U8 program’s success has propelled the club’s growth in size and skill development. Success can be measured through the greater level of play and achievement of current U9 and U10 teams with players who have developed through the U5-U8 program, when compared to older age groups not inducted in those programs.

HYS player enrollment has risen almost 40 percent in the last four years under my direction, from 1850 players in 2010 to 2600 players currently

ARGENTINA, 2015 –Collaborated with professional club San Miquel and international renowned coach Patricio Hernandez for preseason camp; Led trainings for the youth division of clubs River Plate and coach Gaston Maddoni and Estudiantes De La Plata and coaches Omar Bermudez and Juan Veron

BEIJING, CHINA, 2013 – Led coaching presentations to over 50 coaches and conducted player trainings for soccer schools and clubs including Cai, He Fang, Ren Da, Wan Quan, Hai Dian and Sangao (No. 1 team in China)

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, 2012 – Worked with LA Galaxy Assistant Coach Curt Onalfo in training players for the MLS LA Galaxy Academy

MONTEVIDEO, URUGUAY, 2012 – Led trainins in the River Plate Youth Divisions with Leonardo Rombo

ENGLAND, 2010 – Led trainings for FC United of Manchester with Roy Soule, current manager and former player of Manchester United

JAMAICA, 2010 – Organized and directed clinics in Harbor View for 100 youth players

GERMANY, 2010 – Organized and directed clinics in Wurzburg for 50 youth players

ARGENTINA, 2007-2008 – Worked with Ramon Maddoni and led clinics for 300 players

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO – Directed summer camps and clinics working with Lincoln Phillips, former US National Coach and Trinidad and Tobago Technical Director (2001-2002), and led clinics for the Dion Lafoucade Academy (2007-2008)
